All prices and services are listed in ZAR (South African Rand) unless stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to pay the full amount for any services or products ordered. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

We use Shopify and third-party payment gateways to process secure transactions. Zax Designs does not store full credit card details.

4. Quotes & Consultations

For service-based offerings such as interior design consultations, mood boards, and full-scale transformations, you may request a custom quote. These quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing and may be subject to separate terms agreed upon.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our interior design services, we may not be able to offer refunds once work has commenced. For product purchases, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under specific conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, text, and logos on our website are the property of Zax Designs or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of that policy.

For certain services (including but not limited to design consultations, custom design packages, installations, and full-service interior projects), Zax Designs may require that you sign a written agreement or project proposal (“Design Agreement”).

By signing such a document (physically or digitally), you agree that:

• The signed document becomes legally binding and forms part of these Terms of Service.

• The terms in the signed agreement (such as payment schedules, scope of work, or timelines) override any conflicting clauses in these Terms, where applicable.

• You may not cancel or alter the agreement without written consent from Zax Designs, unless allowed by law or stated in the agreement itself.

• Electronic signatures or scanned copies of signed documents will be treated the same as original signatures.

Zax Designs reserves the right to withhold or suspend Services if a required agreement is not signed or if its terms are not followed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
